FalconNest VPN is offered subject to the following Terms of Service. Review them before use. Continuing with the service after an opportunity to read the terms signifies agreement; anyone who does not agree should refrain from using it.
Service and authorization
FalconNest VPN relies on Android VpnService to establish its connection. Android's system authorization must be approved before use. You retain control over disconnection and may revoke authorization in Android settings. Consult the Privacy Policy for the associated information practices.
Permitted conduct
Use must comply with applicable law and the rights of third parties. Fraud, harassment, malicious software distribution, access without permission and deliberate network disruption are not permitted. The connection does not exempt you from responsibilities arising from your activity or the conditions of external services.
Operational limits and restrictions
Performance depends on factors including networks, maintenance, devices and infrastructure. Neither continuous availability nor access to every destination is guaranteed. Proportionate restrictions may be imposed for security threats, misuse, material breaches or legal requirements. Where lawful and practicable, notice and an opportunity to resolve the matter will be provided.
Liability and statutory protections
Liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing here overrides mandatory consumer guarantees, rights or remedies, or excludes a responsibility that the law requires to remain in force.
Administration of these terms
The current terms and revision date are available here. Appropriate notice will accompany material changes, and legally required consent will be obtained before they apply. Direct service enquiries or questions about these terms to the developer contact details shown in FalconNest VPN's app store listing.
